Preferred Supplier Agreement

A Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) provides clients with a complete range of IT services on an ad-hoc basis and infrastructure supply as required. Under this agreement clients receives a discount for engaging Netics as their service provider of choice.

Minimum term: 12 months

Service may include:

  • Remote and onsite fault diagnostics and resolution charged at time and materials rates
  • Coordination of third party providers (as required)
  • Incident management system including knowledge base

Cost calculation: discounted Time & Material (T&M) rates:
