Reactive support & Helpdesk Services

Whilst proactive maintenance minimizes the day to day operational support requirement it is almost impossible to eliminate it. Netics offers the peace of mind of a tailored reactive support arrangement that focusses on ours client’s needs and key services.

The Netics Helpdesk service includes a team of technicians dedicated to servicing, supporting and resolving client issues remotely.

In line with the ITIL framework, issues are given a case reference to ensure they are tracked internally and staff are generally available immediately, commencing troubleshooting and resolving issues over the phone or by remotely accessing clients systems using our secure access methods.

Where an issue is not resolved and requires escalation and/or onsite attendance, the caller is advised and a technician allocated with a clear understanding of what has been done prior to continuing and resolving the case.
