A Netics Hosted Service provides client server requirements on Service Provider infrastructure in a data centre, managed for a term of 1-3 years with a fixed monthly cost per user.
Minimum term: 12 months
Service includes the following for Service Provider server infrastructure:
- Hosting for the contract term
- Costs of hosted infrastructure
- Initial Installation/Implementation costs
- Support and maintenance costs for term
- Dedicated Account Manager
- Remote and onsite fault diagnostics and resolution
- Performance monitoring
- Proactive scheduled maintenance
- Coordination of third party providers
- Incident management system including knowledge base
- Asset management
Additional costs:
- Additional IT equipment, software (industry standard applications) and licensing
- Costs for client site infrastructure
- Support and maintenance costs for client infrastructure
Cost: monthly, tailored to each client
